NOTE TO TEAMS: CAR DISPLAY PROCEDURE

This document outlines the procedures for Car Presentation and Display at the 2025 Italian Grand Prix, supplementing Article 19 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations.

Key Procedures:

• Friday Display (12:00 - 13:00):

  • One car from each team must be placed in its pit stop position.
  • The other car should be available for viewing inside the garage.
  • If only one car has major aerodynamic and bodywork components not previously run, it must be the one displayed to the media.

• Pit Stop Practice:

  • The car displayed outside may be used for pit stop practice, but must return to its original position when practice is not occurring.
  • Teams selected for presentation are not permitted to conduct pit stop practice during their allocated presentation slot.

• Adverse Weather Conditions:

  • If adverse weather occurs, teams will be notified 5 minutes prior to the scheduled display start.
  • The procedure may then take place in the Competitors' designated garage area.
  • During rain, cars should remain in position, and awnings should be used.

• Media Access:

  • Photographers: Must remain in the fast lane of the pit lane for still images (professional cameras, mobile phones, etc.).
  • TV Crews: Are permitted to shoot in the working lane of the pit lane.

Selected Cars for Presentation:

• 12:05: Car 6
• 12:25: Car 44
• 12:45: Car 81

Each selected team must ensure their technical representative, as previously indicated to the FIA, is available during these times.
