Technical Delegate's Report: Post-Race Checks on Car Numbers 06 and 30 (2025 Dutch Grand Prix)

Following the 2025 Dutch Grand Prix in Zandvoort, car numbers 06 and 30 were randomly selected from the top ten finishers for comprehensive physical inspections.
Scope of Inspection
The inspections focused on the pit-stop equipment and its associated control systems to ensure compliance with the 2025 Formula One Technical Regulations (TR Article 10.9.2 and TD022G).
Actions Completed:
To verify compliance, the following detailed actions were undertaken:
- Video Analysis: Review of pit stop videos recorded by the FIA and provided by the respective teams.
- Data Analysis: Examination of data logged by each team's pit stop control system.
- Physical Pit Stops: Execution of physical pit stops under various operational scenarios.
- Equipment Verification & Sealing: Verification and sealing of key pit stop equipment, including:
- Jacks
- Wheel guns
- Light units
- Switch units
- Electronic control unit
- Hardware Inspection: Detailed inspection of the hardware for jacks and wheel guns.
- Software Analysis: Analysis of the software programmed into the pit stop system's electronic control unit.
- Failure Mode Analysis: Assessment of potential failure modes and corresponding actions.
Conclusion
All inspected components and systems of car numbers 06 and 30 were found to be in conformance with the 2025 Formula One Technical Regulations.
