Document 51 - Race Scrutineering Report

This report details the technical checks carried out by the FIA Formula One Technical Delegate before and after the 2025 Dutch Grand Prix.

Before the Race:

  • Front Floor Deflection Test: Car #14 was subjected to a front floor deflection test.
  • Rear Wing Checks:
    • Adjustable positions of the uppermost rear wing element were checked on cars #81, #04, #16, #44, #01, #63, #14, #06, #30, and #55.
    • Minimum distance between adjacent rear wing sections was checked on cars #81, #04, #16, #44, #01, #63, #14, #06, #30, and #55.
  • Clutch Paddle Linearity: Checks were carried out on cars #81 and #30.
  • Grid Procedures:
    • All cars were checked for fitted tyres and disconnected tyre heating blankets at the “5-Minutes” signal.
    • LHS and RHS front and rear tyre temperatures were checked on cars #81, #04, #01, #63, #12, #18, #30, #55, #23, and #05.
    • Minimum tyre starting pressure (LHS and RHS front and rear) was checked on all cars.

    • Fuel pressure during the race (all cars).
    • Instantaneous fuel mass flow (all cars).
    • Partial load fuel mass flow (all cars).
    • Fuel temperature (all cars).
  • Engine & Cooling:
    • Logged pressure within the engine cooling system (all cars).
    • Engine high rev limit bands (all cars).
    • Plenum temperature (all cars).
    • Oil consumption (all cars).
    • Exhaust fluid mass flow (all cars).
  • Power Unit Electronics:
    • IVT code and calibration checksums (all cars).
    • IVT temperatures (all cars).
    • ES state of charge on-track limits (all cars).
    • Lap energy release and recovery limits (all cars).
    • MGU-K power limits (all cars).
    • Maximum MGU-K speed (all cars).
    • Maximum MGU-K torque (all cars).
    • Maximum MGU-H speed (all cars).
    • MGU-K power model (all cars).
    • ES power model (all cars).
    • MGU-K use at the race start (all cars).
    • ES not charged while stationary in pits (all cars).
  • Control Systems:
    • Torque coordinator demands (all cars).
    • Torque control (all cars).
  • General Checks:
    • Session type confirmed (all cars).
    • Chassis FIA checksum (all cars).
    • Rear brakes pressure control (all cars).
    • Brake temperature warnings (all cars).
    • Steering wheel (all cars).
    • Race start data (all cars).
    • Single clutch paddle use for race start (all cars).
    • No car exceeded 80 km/h when leaving the formation grid.
    • PCU dash display configuration not changed during Parc Fermé (all cars).
    • Aerodynamic oscillations metrics (all cars).
  • Tyres:
    • Tyre starting pressures during the race (all cars).
    • Tyres cold pressure checked on cars #01 and #43.
    • Tyres used by all drivers during the race (all cars).

Conclusion: All car weights and checked items were found to be in conformity with the 2025 FIA Formula One Technical Regulations.
