This document outlines the Car Display Procedure for the 2025 Las Vegas Grand Prix, supplementing Article 19 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations.
Key Procedures:
- Display Time: On Thursday, between 15:00 and 16:00, one car from each team must be in its pit stop position for media display. The second car should be in the garage for viewing.
- New Components: If only one car features major aerodynamic and bodywork components not previously run, that car must be the one displayed to media.
- Pit Stop Practice: The displayed car can be used for pit stop practice, but must return to its original position when not in use. Teams selected for presentations cannot conduct pit stop practice during their allocated slot.
- Weather Conditions: In case of bad weather, teams will be notified 5 minutes before the display to conduct the procedure in their garages. If it's raining, cars should remain in position with awnings.
- Media Access: Media taking photographs must stay in the fast lane of the pit lane. TV crews are permitted in the working lane.

- 15:05 - Car 30
- 15:25 - Car 1
- 15:45 - Car 81
Each selected team must have a technical representative available during these times.
