This report, issued by the FIA Formula One Technical Delegate, details various technical checks performed before and after the 2025 São Paulo Grand Prix.

Before the Race:

Part Replacements (After 12:57, before race start):

  • Haas Ferrari Car 87: Steering wheel replaced.

Pre-Race Technical Checks:

  • Rear Wing Deflection: Main plane tip and flap deflection tests were carried out on Car 87.
  • Front Wing Flap: Adjustable range of Car 01 was digitally checked.
  • Front Wing Gurneys: Size checked on Cars 81, 04, 16, 44, 31, 87, 23, 55, 27, and 05.
  • Rear Wing Gurney: Size checked on all cars.
  • Front Floor Deflection: Tested on Cars 16, 14, and 06.
  • Clutch Paddle Linearity: Checked on Car 23.
  • Fuel Sample: Taken from Cars 44, 01, and 27, and analyzed during the race.
  • Engine Oil Sample: Taken from Cars 01 and 27.
  • Grid Checks: All cars confirmed to have fitted tyres and disconnected tyre heating blankets at the "5-Minutes" signal.
  • Tyre Temperature: LHS and RHS front and rear tyre temperatures checked on Cars 16, 44, 63, 12, 10, 43, 87, 06, and 55.
  • Minimum Tyre Starting Pressure: Checked on all cars for LHS and RHS front and rear tyres.

After the Race:

General Post-Race Technical Checks:

  • Skid Wear: Checked on Cars 81, 04, 01, 63, 12, 10, and 27.
  • Central Floor Flexibility: Checked on Car 63.
  • Legality Documents: TD001 N submission concerning Car 12's floor was checked.
  • Fuel System: Fuel pressure, fuel flow meter calibration checksums, instantaneous fuel mass flow, partial load fuel mass flow, and fuel temperature of all cars were checked.
  • Engine Cooling System: Logged pressure checked on all cars.
  • Engine Rev Limits: High rev limit bands checked on all cars.
  • Plenum Temperature: Checked on all cars.
  • Oil Consumption: Checked on all cars.
  • Exhaust Fluid Mass Flow: Checked on all cars.
  • IVT Code & Calibration Checksums: Checked on all cars.
  • IVT Temperatures: Checked on all cars.
  • ES State of Charge: On-track limits checked on all cars.
  • Lap Energy: Release and recovery limits checked on all cars.
  • MGU-K: Power limits, maximum speed, maximum torque, maximum MGU-H speed, and power model checked on all cars. MGU-K use at race start and non-charging while stationary in pits also verified.
  • Torque System: Coordinator demands and control checked on all cars.
  • Session Type: Confirmed for all cars.
  • Chassis FIA Checksum: Checked on all cars participating in the race.
  • Brakes: Rear brakes pressure control and brake temperature warnings checked on all cars.
  • Steering Wheel: Checked on all cars.
  • Race Start Data: Checked for all cars.
  • Single Clutch Paddle Use: Checked for the race start on all cars.
  • Formation Grid Speed: Verified no car exceeded 80 km/h when leaving the formation grid.
  • PCU Dash Display: Confirmed no changes during Parc Fermé on all cars.
  • Tyre Pressures: Starting pressures during the race checked on all cars. Tyres used by all drivers today checked. Cold pressure on Car 01 checked.
  • Fuel Consumption: Total fuel mass consumed by Car 12 during the race checked.
  • Fuel Samples (Car 63): Taken, density checked, and analyzed by gas chromatography. All fuel analyses confirmed consistency with pre-approved fuels and density changes within limits.
  • Engine Oil Samples (Car 63): Taken, analyzed by FTIR spectroscopy and viscometry. Results confirmed consistency with pre-approved reference engine oil samples.

Conclusion:

All car weights and items checked were found to be in conformity with the 2025 FIA Formula One Technical Regulations.
