This document, issued by the FIA Formula One Technical Delegate, Jo Bauer, to the Stewards on 08 November 2025 at 18:13, details the technical checks conducted before, during, and after the Qualifying practice session for the 2025 São Paulo Grand Prix.
Before the Qualifying practice session:
- Fuel samples were taken from car numbers 87 and 30.
- Engine oil samples were taken from car numbers 87 and 30.
- All cars confirmed their gear ratios conformed to those declared to the FIA technical delegate at or before the first Competition of the 2025 Championship.
During the Qualifying practice session:
- Weighing: Car numbers 81, 04, 44, 01, 12, 18, 14, 10, 31, 87, 06, 23, and 55 were weighed.
- Weight Distribution: Checked on car numbers 81, 04, 44, 01, 12, 18, 14, 10, 31, 87, 06, 23, and 55.
- Rear Wing Positions: Uppermost rear wing element adjustable positions were checked on car numbers 01, 43, and 31.
- Rear Wing Minimum Distance: Checked on car numbers 01, 43, and 31.
- Tyre Pressures: Tyre starting pressures of all cars were checked.
After the Qualifying practice session:
- Weighing: Car numbers 81, 04, 16, 63, 12, 10, 87, 06, 30, and 27 were weighed.

- Exhaust fluid mass flow.

- ES state of charge on-track limits.

- Chassis FIA checksum.
- Torque sensor software version and calibration checks.
- Rear brakes pressure control.
- Steering wheel.
- PCU dash board display configuration (verified unchanged).
- Custom software version checks.
- SECU software version checks.
- Tyre Checks:
- All tyres used by drivers during sessions were checked.
- Tyre cold pressure was checked on car numbers 10 and 27.
- Fuel Analysis:
- Fuel samples were taken from car numbers 04 and 06.
- All fuel samples were checked for density and analyzed by gas chromatography.
- Results confirmed fuels were consistent with approved samples and density changes were within permitted limits.
- Engine Oil Analysis:
- An engine oil sample was taken from car number 04.
- Samples were analyzed by FTIR spectroscopy and viscometry, confirming consistency with approved reference engine oil samples.
- SECU Software Versions:
- All teams used FIA Standard ECU system version SR1707 during qualifying sessions.
All items checked were found to be in conformity with the 2025 FIA Formula One Technical Regulations.
