Stewards' Decision
The Stewards, after reviewing a report from the Race Director, have considered the following matter concerning the Race session:
Fact
Car #14, driven by Fernando Alonso of the Aston Martin Aramco F1 Team, did not use the track at Turn 16.
Infringement
This action constitutes a breach of:
- Appendix L Chapter IV Article 2 c) of the FIA International Sporting Code.
- Article 33.3 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations.
Decision
In accordance with Article 12.4.1.e of the FIA International Sporting Code, the lap time recorded by Car #14 at 15:19:49, which was 1:48.701, has been deleted.
