The Stewards have reviewed a report from the Race Director regarding an alleged incident involving Car 11 (Sergio Perez).
Incident Details:
- No / Driver: 11 - Sergio Perez
- Competitor: Cadillac Formula 1 Team

- Fact: Alleged forcing another driver off the track at Turn 3.
- Infringement: Alleged breach of Appendix L, Chapter IV, Article 2b) of the FIA International Sporting Code.
Stewards' Decision:
- Decision: No further action.
Reason for Decision:
- The Stewards reviewed video and in-car video evidence.
- Car 30 (LAW) attempted to overtake Car 11 (PER) on the outside at Turn 3.
- Wheel-to-wheel contact occurred between the cars at the apex, resulting in LAW going wide and rejoining behind Car 11.
- Applying the Driving Standard Guidelines, the Stewards determined that LAW's front axle was not ahead of PER's front axle at the apex. Therefore, LAW was not entitled to space at the exit of Turn 3 and was not forced off the track by PER.
