The Stewards have reviewed a report from the Race Director and determined the following regarding Car 55, driven by Carlos Sainz.

- Fact: Pit lane speeding – 80.2 km/h
- Infringement: Breach of Article 34.7 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations.
Decision
- Penalty: 5 second time penalty.
- Reason: Car 55 exceeded the pit lane speed limit, which is set at 80 km/h for this event, by 0.2 km/h.
