NOTE TO TEAMS: POST-RACE INTERVIEWS & PODIUM CEREMONY PROCEDURE

This document outlines the detailed procedure for post-race interviews and the podium ceremony, supplementing Appendix 5 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations.

Post-Race Interviews and Podium Ceremony Procedure:

Ceremony Management:

• An FIA-appointed Master of Ceremonies will oversee the entire podium ceremony.

Driver Protocol (Top 3 Finishers):

• Return to Pit Lane: Drivers finishing in the top three must return to the Pit Lane, where they will find the 1, 2, 3 boards.
• Weighing: Drivers will be weighed by the FIA. They must remain fully attired (helmet, gloves, etc.). Water will be provided in the parc fermé area after weighing.
• Designated Area Access: Only team mechanics (with cooling fans if necessary), officials, and FIA pre-approved television crews/photographers are permitted in the designated area. No team PR personnel or driver physios are allowed until the podium ceremony concludes.
