This report details the technical checks performed on all cars during the 2025 Emilia Romagna Grand Prix free practice sessions (P1 and P2).
Before the first free practice session:
- Exhaust system components were checked against team declarations.
During the first free practice session:
- Tyre starting pressures.
- Engine high rev limit bands.
- Fuel flow meter calibration checksum.
- Instantaneous fuel mass flow.
- Partial load fuel mass flow.
- Fuel temperature.
- Plenum temperature.
- Exhaust fluid mass flow.
- IVT code and calibration checksums.
- IVT temperatures.
- ES state of charge on-track limits.
- Lap energy release and recovery limits.
- MGU-K power limits.
- Maximum MGU-K speed.
- Maximum MGU-K torque.
- Maximum MGU-H speed.
- Torque coordinator demands.
- Torque control.
- Custom software versions.
- Chassis FIA checksum.
- Torque sensor software version checks.
- Torque sensor calibration checks.
After the first free practice session:
- Fuel pressure.
- Logged pressure within the engine cooling system.
During the second free practice session:
- Tyre starting pressures.
- Engine high rev limit bands.
- Fuel flow meter calibration checksum.
- Instantaneous fuel mass flow.
- Partial load fuel mass flow.

After the second free practice session:
- Car number 43 was weighed.

All checked items were found to conform with the 2025 FIA Formula One Technical Regulations.
