Infringement: Breach of Article B1.8.5 of the FIA F1 Regulations and Article 12.2.1.i of the FIA International Sporting Code.

Stewards' Reasoning
- Team Explanation: The team and driver explained that the Power Unit configuration requires a specific driving procedure during out-laps, making it difficult to manage out-laps while meeting the SC2-SC1 time.
- Stewards' Finding:
- Operating the car in compliance with regulations remains the responsibility of the team and driver.
- Data showed that STR did comply with the prescribed SC2-SC1 time on at least one other out-lap during the same session under similar conditions.
- Therefore, compliance was not impossible.
- Sanction: Taking into account all circumstances, a standard Warning is issued.
