Document 54 - Technical Delegate's Report (Manuel Leal, 12 September 2026) • Before the third free practice session: A spare LHS rear corner of car number 01 was digitally scanned and compared with CAD drawings and technical regulations. • During the third free practice session: Tyre starting pressures, fuel pressure, cooling system pressure, high rev limit bands, fuel flow calibration, fuel energy flow, temperatures, intake air pressure, turbo speed, PU/MGU-K limits, DC sensor temperatures, ES state of charge limits, ERS recharge limits, MGU-K power/speed limits, and SECU software versions were checked on all cars. • After the third practice session: Engine oil sample taken from car number 81. • Before the Qualifying practice session: Fuel samples taken from cars 27, 43, and 77. Engine oil samples taken from cars 43 and 77. Gear ratios confirmed. • During the Qualifying practice session: Car weights and weight distributions checked (01, 63, 12, 03, 23, 22, 18, 31, 27, 05, 43, 11). Aerodynamic components checked on car 11. Tyre starting pressures checked. • After the qualifying practice session: Car weights checked (81, 01, 63, 12, 03, 30, 16, 44, 41, 43). Aerodynamic components checked on cars 41, 63, and 81. Fuel/oil analyses, brake pressure, PCU configuration, custom and SECU software versions checked. • Team ECU versions: McLaren Mastercard F1 Team (SR1836 + B134) • Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team (SR1836 + B134) • Oracle Red Bull Racing (SR1836 + B134) • Scuderia Ferrari HP (SR1836 + B134) • Atlassian Williams Racing (SR1836 + B134) • VISA Cash App Racing Bulls Formula One Team (SR1836 + B134) • Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team (SR1836 + B134) • TGR Haas F1 Team (SR1836 + B12B) • Audi Revolut F1 Team (SR1836 + B134) • BWT Alpine Formula One Team (SR1836 + B134) • Cadillac Formula 1 Team (SR1836 + B12B). • Conclusion: All the above items were found to be in conformity with the 2026 FIA Formula One Technical Regulations.
