Reason
- The Stewards reviewed video, timing, telemetry, and in-car video evidence, and heard from the driver of Car 16 (Charles Leclerc) and the team representative.
- Car 16 returned to the pits after setting his final lap time in Q3 without interference and failed to comply with the delta time requirements.
- The team admitted to providing a wrong delta time profile due to a miscalculation. The driver followed the dash display correctly, but it was incorrect, leading to an inadvertent breach.
- The Stewards determined that the team is exclusively at fault (no driver error) and imposed a penalty on the team. The deviation had no performance implications.
