Incident Details:
- Car Involved: Car 25
- Session: FP1
- Time of Incident: 12:47
Description: When car 25 stopped on the track during FP1, the marshals pressed the CDS button at 12:47. However, it was discovered that the CDS (Circuit Data System) was not working as required by the F1 Regulations, Article C9.3.
Action: This matter is being referred to the Stewards for further consideration.
