📋 Technical Delegate's Report

Before the Race:

• Floor Scan: Car number 01 was digitally scanned and compared with team-declared CAD drawings and previous versions for conformance with the 2026 Technical Regulations.
• Front Wing: Adjustable range checked on car 10 (not controlled by FIA Standard ECU).
• Flexibility Tests:
  • Main plane: Cars 63, 03, 41
  • Flap: Cars 63, 03, 41
• Clutch Paddle Linearity: Checked on cars 81, 23.
• Fuel & Oil Samples:
  • Fuel sample taken from cars 03, 27 and analyzed during the race.
  • Engine oil sample taken from cars 01, 27 and analyzed during the race.
• Grid Checks: Tyre fitting, removal of heating blankets, and minimum starting pressures (LHS/RHS, front/rear) verified on all cars at the "5-Minutes" signal.

  • Floor Body, Foot, Sidewall, Board, Bib, Leading Edge Device, Winglet, Fence, Corner, Plank Assembly, Tail, Rear Wing Profiles, Rear Wing Endplate Body, and Rear Wing Aux. Components.

• Skid Wear: Checked on cars 81, 01, 63, 12, 30, 16, 44, 23, 41, 22, 14, 27, 05, 10, 43, 11.

• Power Unit & Systems: Fuel pressure, engine cooling system pressure, rev limits, fuel flow meter checksums, instantaneous/partial load fuel energy flow, fuel/plenum/intake pressure, maximum turbocharger speed, PU/MGU-K power reduction, DC sensor checks, ES state of charge, ERS recharge limits, MGU-K power/speed limits, rear brake pressure, brake temperature warnings, steering wheel, start data, clutch paddle use, and adjuster transition times.

• Fuel & Oil Analysis (Car 63): Density and gas chromatography (fuel), FTIR spectroscopy and viscometry (oil) confirmed consistency with approved reference samples.

✅ Conclusion: All car weights and checked items were found to be in conformity with the 2026 FIA Formula One Technical Regulations.
