2026 Hungarian Grand Prix - Post-Race Procedure Document 48 Issued by: The FIA Formula 1 Media Delegate Date: 26 July 2026. Post-Race Interviews & Podium Ceremony Procedure: - Weighing & Parc Fermé: After the chequered flag, the top 3 drivers return to the Pit Lane. 1st place drives through the gate on the right before the FIA Scales, finding the No. 1 board in front of the Backdrop. 2nd & 3rd place return to the Pit Lane, finding No. 2 and No. 3 boards in front of the FIA Scales. Drivers must be fully attired (Helmet, Gloves, etc.) when weighed by the FIA. - Access Restrictions: Only team mechanics (with cooling fans), officials, and pre-approved media/photographers are allowed in the designated area. Team PR personnel and physios must wait outside the cool down room until the ceremony concludes. - Attire Reminder (Article B10.2.2): Drivers finishing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd must remain in their Driving Suits, done up to the neck, not opened to the waist. - Podium Flow: Post-race interviews take place in Parc Fermé. Presentation order: 1. Winning Driver (FIA Medal), 2. Winning Constructor Representative, 3. 2nd Place Driver, 4. 3rd Place Driver. National anthems and flag display follow. - Media & Press: Top 3 escorted to TV pen then Press Conference. 4th and beyond proceed directly to TV pen after weighing. Retiring drivers must go to TV pen upon returning to the paddock.
