Car 14 had several blue flags displayed prior to the car behind passing.

Reason
The Stewards reviewed positioning/marshalling system data and in-car video evidence. Although Car 14 received several blue flags before giving way for Car 5, the Stewards determine that Car 5 was neither trying to overtake, nor was it in close enough proximity to mandate Car 14 to move away immediately.
