Reason
The Stewards reviewed positioning/marshalling system data and in-car video evidence. Although Car 18 received several blue flags before giving way for Car 41, the Stewards determine that Car 41 was neither trying to overtake, nor was it in close enough proximity to mandate Car 18 to move away immediately.
