The Stewards, having received a report from the FIA Media Delegate, summoned (document 10) and heard from the driver and team representative, have considered the following matter and determine the following:

Incident Details

Decision

FactThe driver was late attending the Thursday Press Conference.
InfringementBreach of Article B10.1.1.a of the FIA F1 Regulations and Articles 12.2.1.i and 12.2.1.p of the FIA International Sporting Code.
DecisionThe competitor (Scuderia Ferrari HP) is fined €5,000. This fine is suspended for a period of 12 months subject to no further breach of a similar nature.

Reason

The Stewards heard from the driver of Car 16 (Charles Leclerc) and the team representative. The driver explained he was delayed at a previous commitment.

Noting that in accordance with Article 9.15.1 of the FIA International Sporting Code, the Competitor is responsible for the actions of its driver, the penalty is imposed on the Competitor.

Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 5 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits.
