Reason
The Stewards reviewed positioning/marshalling system data, video, and in-car video evidence.
Car 81 attempted to overtake Car 23 and did not, according to the Driving Standards Guidelines, have the right to the corner. Car 81 collided with Car 23 and hence was determined to be wholly to blame for the incident.
