🏆 Top 3 Drivers Procedure

  • Pit Lane Return: After taking the checkered flag in Q3, the fastest three (3) drivers must return to the Pit Lane and locate the 1, 2, 3 boards.
  • Access Restrictions: Only team mechanics (with cooling fans), officials, and pre-approved media/photographers are allowed. No driver physios or team PR personnel.
  • Weighing: Top 3 drivers must be weighed by the FIA immediately. They must remain fully attired (Helmet, Gloves, etc.).
  • Interviews & Media:
    1. Parc Fermé interviews (selected by Commercial Rights Holder).
    2. Top 3 & Pirelli Award photo session at the backdrop.
    3. FIA Press Conference (escorted by the FIA Media Delegate).
    4. TV pen interviews.

📋 Other Drivers & General Procedures

  • Q1/Q2 Eliminated & P4-P10 Drivers: Must attend the TV pen interview immediately after being weighed by the FIA.
  • Weighing Protocol:
    • Drivers eliminated after Q1/Q2 must proceed to the FIA scales via the pit lane immediately. No drinking or weight-increasing actions before weighing.
    • Drivers stopping on track (not visiting the Medical Center) must go to the FIA scales first.
    • Top 10 finishers must go to the FIA scales immediately without contacting anyone.
  • Written Media: Drivers from P4 onwards without a scheduled written media session must be available at the written media zone near the TV pen.

  • Located near the Race Control Tower, FIA scales, and Podium.
  • Designated waiting areas for photographers and FOM.
