Technical Delegate's Report
Event: 2026 Chinese Grand Prix
Date: 14 March 2026

1. Before the Qualifying Practice Session
- Fuel Samples: Car numbers 30 and 11.
- Engine Oil Samples: Car number 11.
2. During the Qualifying Practice Session
- Weighing and Weight Distribution: Cars 12, 16, 44, 55, 18, 31, 10, 43, 11, and 77.
- Aerodynamic Component Checks (Car 31): Extensive check including floor, nose, chassis, sidepods, and wing profiles (Articles C3.5.1 to C3.11.2).
- Tyre Pressures: Starting pressures checked on all cars.
3. After the Qualifying Practice Session
- Weighing: Cars 81, 01, 63, 12, 03, 06, 16, 44, 87, and 10.
- Detailed Aerodynamic Checks: Performed on cars 06, 16, and 10.
- General Checks (All Cars): Fuel pressure, engine cooling system, fuel flow meter calibration, ERS limits, MGU-K speed, torque sensors, and steering wheels.
- Software Checks: SECU software versions were verified for all teams.
- Final Samples: Fuel and oil samples taken from cars 01 and 06 were found to be in conformity.
Conclusion: All items were found to be in conformity with the 2026 FIA Formula One Technical Regulations.
