FIA Turns Zandvoort Into Live Lab for Microplastic Filtration

The FIA has turned the Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort into a live laboratory for prototype filtration systems designed to capture tyre wear particles and microplastics before rainwater carries them into the environment. Developed with the Technical University of Berlin and start-up Urbanfilter, the initiative targets one of transport's fastest-growing ecological threats.
