The FIA and Formula 1 have announced the calendar for the 2026 FIA Formula One World Championship. This season will introduce a new venue, new teams, and new regulations for the next generation of F1 cars that will run on 100% advanced sustainable fuels.
Commencing in Australia on 6-8 March, the calendar, approved by the FIA World Motor Sport Council, will feature 24 races, concluding in Abu Dhabi on 4-6 December. Due to Ramadan, the Bahrain and Saudi Arabian Grands Prix will be held in April in 2026.
The 2026 calendar shows further improvements to the geographical flow of races. The Canadian Grand Prix now follows Miami (22-24 May), improving freight efficiency. This change consolidates a European leg across the summer months, starting in Monaco (5-7 June) and ending in Spain, where Madrid will debut (11-13 September). The Championship then returns to Asia (Azerbaijan, Singapore) before a triple header in the Americas, with Las Vegas, Qatar, and Abu Dhabi closing the season.
