Cadillac swoops for Red Bull, Mercedes and Ferrari technical stars in major F1 hires

Cadillac has confirmed three major technical signings, adding Craig Skinner, Eric Blandin and Tim Lean to its F1 operation. Skinner becomes Chief Development Engineer, Blandin Head of Aerodynamics, and Lean Chief Engineer for Aerodynamics Modelling and Simulation.

• Tim Lean arrives from McLaren, Red Bull and Ferrari, where he spent over five years as principal aerodynamicist. He will oversee aero modelling and simulation, reporting to Blandin.
• All three are expected to start after gardening leave.
