The Stewards, after reviewing a report from the Race Director, have made the following determination regarding Car 44 (Lewis Hamilton) from Scuderia Ferrari HP:

Incident Details

• No / Driver: 44 - Lewis Hamilton
• Competitor: Scuderia Ferrari HP
• Time of Incident: 16:31
• Session: Practice 3
• Fact: Pit lane speeding – 80.1 km/h
• Infringement: Breach of Article 34.7 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations.

Decision

• The competitor (Scuderia Ferrari HP) is fined €100.

Reason

• Car 44 exceeded the pit lane speed limit, which is set at 80 km/h for this event, by 0.1 km/h.

Right of Appeal

Competitors are reminded of their right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 4 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits.
