Technical Delegate's Report

Before the Qualifying Practice Session:

• Gear Ratios: Confirmed for all cars that gear ratios comply with those declared to the FIA technical delegate at or before the first Competition of the 2026 Championship.

During the Qualifying Practice Session:

• Car Weighing & Weight Distribution: Checked on cars 12, 03, 06, 55, 30, 18, 14, 87, 43, 11.
• Aerodynamic & Bodywork Checks (Car #55):
  • Floor Body, Foot, Sidewall, Board, Bib, Corner (Articles C3.5.1 - C3.5.10)
  • Nose, Forward Chassis, Mid Chassis, Roll Hoop, Mirror (Articles C3.7.1 - C3.7.5)
  • Sidepod, Engine Cover, Tail (Articles C3.8.1 - C3.9.1)
  • Front Wing Profiles, Endplate body, Outboard/Inboard Footplate, Endplate Diveplane (Articles C3.10.1 - C3.10.5)
  • Rear Wing Profiles, Endplate Body, Aux. Components (Articles C3.11.1 - C3.11.7)
• Tyre Starting Pressures: Checked on all cars.

After the Qualifying Practice Session:

• Car Weighing: Checked on cars 81, 01, 63, 12, 03, 16, 44, 41, 30, 10.
• Aerodynamic & Bodywork Checks (Cars #01, 16, 41): Checked against Articles C3.5.1 to C3.11.7.
• Power Unit & Systems Checks:
  • Fuel pressure, engine cooling system pressure, and high rev limit bands checked on all cars.
  • Fuel flow meter calibration, fuel energy flow (instantaneous & partial load), temperatures (fuel, plenum, DC sensors), and intake air pressure checked.
  • Turbocharger speed, PU & MGU-K power reduction rates, ES state of charge, ERS recharge limits, and MGU-K limits/speed checked.
  • Torque coordinator, torque control, and torque sensor software/calibration checked.
  • Chassis FIA checksum, session type, steering wheel, and custom software checks completed.
  • Rear brakes pressure control checked on cars 01, 23, 27, 77.
  • Tyres (used and cold pressure on cars 12, 10) and wing adjuster system transition times checked.

Conclusion: All the above items were found to be in compliance with the 2026 FIA Formula One Technical Regulations.
