Technical Delegate's Report: Race Scrutineering

All car weights and the items checked were found to be in conformity with the 2026 FIA Formula One Technical Regulations.

1. Before the Race

  • Digital Scans & Comparisons:
    • Car 01: Front wing digitally scanned and compared with team-declared CAD drawings (conforming to 2026 Technical Regulations). Front wing flap adjustable range digitally checked.
    • Car 01: Clutch paddle linearity checked.
  • Flexibility Tests:
    • Front wing flexibility and front wing flap flexibility tests were carried out on Cars 01, 63, and 18.
  • Grid Checks:
    • Tyre Blankets: Checked on all cars that tyres were fitted and heating blankets were disconnected at the "5-Minutes" signal.
    • Tyre Temperatures: LHS and RHS front and rear tyre temperatures checked on all cars.
    • Starting Pressures: Minimum tyre starting pressure checked on Cars 81, 01, 63, 12, 03, 44, 41, 27, and 43.

2. After the Race

Aerodynamic Component and Bodywork Checks (Cars 63, 30, and 43):
  • Floor Body, Foot, Sidewall, Board, Leading Edge Device, and Corner (Articles C3.5.1 to C3.5.10)
  • Nose, Forward/Mid Chassis, Roll Hoop, Mirror, and Driver Cooling (Articles C3.7.1 to C3.7.6)
  • Sidepod, Engine Cover, and Tail (Articles C3.8.1, C3.8.2, C3.9.1)
  • Front Wing Profiles, Endplate, Footplates, Diveplane, and Strake (Articles C3.10.1 to C3.10.8)
  • Rear Wing Profiles, Endplate, Pylon, and Auxiliary Components (Articles C3.11.1 to C3.11.7)
Other Post-Race Checks:
  • Skid Wear: Checked on Cars 81, 01, 63, 03, 06, 44, 55, 41, 30, 31, 87, 05, 10, 43, and 11.
  • Oil Consumption: Physically checked on Cars 01 and 05.
  • Formation Grid Speed Limit: Checked that Cars 81, 01, 63, 12, 03, 06, 16, 44, 23, 55, 41, 30, 18, 14, 31, 87, 27, 05, 10, 43, 11, and 77 did not exceed 80 km/h when leaving the formation grid.
  • Tyres: Cold pressure checked on Car 44. Starting pressures and tyre usage checked for all drivers.
  • Systems Checks (All Cars): Engine high rev limits, fuel flow meter calibration, instantaneous fuel energy flow, fuel/plenum temperatures, MGU-K power/speed limits, ERS recharge limits, steering wheels, and race start data.

Conclusion: All inspected components and weights complied with the regulations.
