Technical Delegate's Report

1. Curfew Breach (Restricted Period)

• Team: VISA Cash App Racing Bulls Formula One Team
• Timeframe: 12 hours and 46 minutes starting from 20:14 on 01 May.
• Status: This was the first of four (4) individual exceptions permitted for the team during the 2026 season.
• Action: No action should be taken regarding the curfew.

2. Parc Fermé Breach

• Infringement: Not covering the car after the Sprint Qualifying session.
• Regulation: Breach of Article B3.4.2 a) of the 2026 Formula 1 Sporting Regulations.
• Consequence: Car 41 is required to start the Sprint from the pit lane according to Article B3.5.3 b).

I am referring this matter to the Stewards for their consideration.
