This report details component changes made to Car 22 (Yuki Tsunoda, Red Bull Racing Honda RBPT) for the remainder of the competition following a survival cell change.

Conclusion and Decision

Due to the use of components of different specifications during the re-build of Car 22 after the survival cell change, specifically the use of a 3rd Energy Store and 3rd Control Electronics (which is not in conformity with Article 28.2), Car 22 is required to start the Race from the pit lane according to Article 40.9 a) of the 2025 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

Oracle Red Bull Racing team submitted the required scrutineering declaration form this morning.
