  • 2-4% deficit: One upgrade token for 2026 and one for 2027 (e.g., Mercedes HPP).
  • 4%+ deficit: Two upgrade tokens for both 2026 and 2027 (e.g., Ferrari, Audi, Honda).
• Financial Support: To offset development costs under the cost cap, Mercedes HPP receives a $3 million boost, while Audi, Ferrari, and Honda receive up to $4.65 million.
